Terms of Service

Effective date: 16 October 2026 · Last updated: 16 October 2026

In plain words
  • MyBills is a tool to help you create invoices and GST reports. You stay responsible for what you issue and file.
  • Your data belongs to you and lives on your devices and in your own Google Drive.
  • Keep your own backups of important records and keep your Google account secure.
  • MyBills comes with a free 30-day trial. MyBills Premium, a paid plan, is coming soon; its price will be shown before you are ever charged.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Keralogik (“we”, “us”), the developer of MyBills. By downloading, installing or using the MyBills app or this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MyBills lets you create and manage invoices, bills of supply, estimates, proforma invoices and credit notes; maintain clients, products and services; record payments; design documents; and prepare GST and business reports. The App works on your device and can back up and synchronise your data through your own Google Drive.

We may improve, change or discontinue features from time to time. Pre-release, “early access” or tester builds may contain bugs, may stop working after an expiry date, and are provided for evaluation.

3. Your Google account

Signing in requires a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure, including enabling 2-Step Verification, and for all activity under your account. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms. You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the information you enter into the App (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of it and, because it is stored on your devices and in your own Google Drive, we do not have access to it. You grant the App only the permissions it needs to process Your Data on your devices and store it in your Google Drive as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining your own records and backups. Statutory record-keeping obligations (for example under GST law) remain yours. If you delete Your Data, sign out and remove it, or delete it from Google Drive, we cannot recover it.

5. Your responsibilities for invoices and taxes

MyBills is a software tool, not a tax, legal or accounting adviser. Tax calculations, invoice numbering and reports are generated from the information and settings you provide. You are solely responsible for:

We recommend reviewing your filings with a qualified tax professional. Tax laws and rates change; it is your responsibility to keep your tax settings up to date.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create false, fake or misleading invoices; to evade taxes or commit fraud; to infringe anyone's rights; or for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App except as permitted by law, not to interfere with its security, and not to redistribute or resell it without our permission.

7. Fees and paid plans

Free trial. The publicly available App is a free trial that unlocks all features for 30 days, starting the first time you use it. The trial is tied to your Google account and covers all of your devices; reinstalling the App or adding a device does not restart it. When the trial ends the App stops working until you subscribe to a paid plan. Ending the trial does not delete Your Data, which remains in your own Google Drive.

Paid plans. MyBills Premium is coming soon. Before any charge applies, we will clearly show the price, billing period and what is included, and you will only be charged if you choose to subscribe. Paid plans will be billed through the relevant platform or payment provider (for example Google Play or Razorpay) and governed by the terms shown at the time of purchase, including how to cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, templates, code and the MyBills name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your own business purposes in accordance with these Terms. Documents you create with the App, including PDFs generated from our templates, are yours to use. Third-party fonts and components are used under their respective open-source licences.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of data loss, or that calculations or reports will be free of errors. The availability of sync depends on Google services and your internet connection, which we do not control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, tax penalties or interest, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your invoices, your tax filings, your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or of anyone's rights.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out, deleting your data and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Because your data is stored on your devices and in your Google Drive, it remains available to you there unless you delete it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Subject to that, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the App or on this website. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
